6rwni Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6rwni ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 6rwni website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games and any other gambling products offered on the platform. These Terms apply to all players accessing 6rwni from Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and may not create or maintain an account. 6rwni reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, with the effective date updated accordingly on this page.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use the 6rwni platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform. By completing registration you warrant that all criteria are met.

You confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the date of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• Are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any other person, legal entity or organisation.
• Have not previously been self-excluded from 6rwni or had an account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• Are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor or affiliate of 6rwni or any of its group companies.
• Understand that gambling involves risk of monetary loss and that 6rwni does not guarantee any winnings or returns.

6rwni will verify your age and identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process before processing your first withdrawal. This requires submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Providing false information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. 6rwni actively detects and investigates duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts linked to the same individual will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonus, promotion or winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided in their entirety.

Registration requirements

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number to register. This number is used for OTP verification, account recovery and all important account communications.
• You must choose a strong, unique password of at least 10 characters combining letters, numbers and special characters.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. You are required to update your account details promptly whenever any information changes.
• 6rwni may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application or close an account after registration without providing a reason, subject to returning any legitimate undisputed balance.

Account security obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6rwni login credentials. 6rwni will never ask for your password via chat, email, SMS or telephone.
• Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have notified 6rwni in advance of suspected unauthorised access.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 6rwni customer support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 6rwni are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6rwni does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own standard transfer charges for outbound transactions, though these are typically zero or negligible for standard amounts. 6rwni accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Deposit conditions

• The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. No maximum single-transaction deposit limit is imposed by 6rwni, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your 6rwni wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed payment notification from your provider. If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, contact 6rwni support immediately with your mobile banking transaction reference.
• 6rwni may request documentary evidence of any deposit transaction for KYC, fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering purposes.
• Funds deposited for the purpose of money laundering, financing illegal activity or any fraudulent purpose will be reported to relevant authorities and forfeited in full.

Withdrawal conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit, unless verified payment details have been updated through account settings.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes under standard conditions. During periods of exceptionally high volume or scheduled maintenance, processing may take up to 4 hours. 6rwni will notify affected players of extended delays via live chat.
• Single-transaction withdrawals over ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification checks before processing. This is a security and anti-fraud measure only and does not imply any wrongdoing by the player.
• KYC verification — including a valid NID submission — is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6rwni offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. By claiming any bonus you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms. General conditions are set out below.

General bonus conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued. They are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• 6rwni reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse or exploitation of a technical error.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period stated in the applicable bonus terms. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Each player may claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

6rwni reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where a player has already opted in and cancellation would materially disadvantage that player, in which case reasonable advance notice will be provided.

6. Gameplay Rules

6rwni offers sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and fishing games. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. The following general rules apply across all game categories on the 6rwni platform.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. 6rwni does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet or game round result.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or disconnection during a round, the round may be declared void and any stake returned to the player's wallet. 6rwni's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by 6rwni and its data providers. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to an event commencing. In-play odds update in real time and may shift significantly during live events.
• Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules and RTP for each live casino game are governed by the respective studio and are available within the game interface.

Any winnings from wagers placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to those funds. Winnings cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

7. Responsible Gaming

6rwni is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income or as a solution to financial difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered players.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately once set. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may take a temporary break by activating a time-out period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out the account remains open but the player cannot log in, deposit or place wagers.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from 6rwni at any time by contacting customer support. A self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion the player will receive no promotional communications from 6rwni.
• Reality check: Players may enable session time reminders that alert them at set intervals (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours) showing total session duration and net win or loss for the session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the 6rwni platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, device or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place wagers, navigate the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform software, game software or payment processing systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live games or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds of criminal or illegal origin to deposit or wager, or using the platform as a mechanism for money laundering.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 6rwni staff, support agents or other players through any communication channel.

6rwni actively monitors platform activity using automated and manual review processes. Accounts under investigation for prohibited conduct will be suspended during the investigation period. 6rwni's findings in such investigations are final and binding.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

6rwni reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account in a number of circumstances, including but not limited to the following.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first deposit.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player's mobile banking provider.
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement instruction requiring 6rwni to freeze or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held at the time of closure may be forfeited in its entirety. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate undisputed balance will be returned to the player's most recently verified mobile banking account within 10 business days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6rwni platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces and the overall design and layout — is the property of 6rwni or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 6rwni. Unauthorised use of 6rwni's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6rwni excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the 6rwni platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any game, regardless of whether 6rwni has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics or promotional material.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

6rwni collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Privacy Policy page of this website. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 6rwni uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and 6rwni servers.

6rwni does not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 6rwni may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform — such as payment processors and KYC verification services — subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

6rwni reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 6rwni will provide notice via a platform notification or email to the player's registered contact details at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the 6rwni platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 6rwni operates. Any dispute between a player and 6rwni shall first be referred to 6rwni's customer support team for informal resolution before any formal escalation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with customer support, either party may escalate through appropriate legal channels. 6rwni's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations and account matters are final and binding in the absence of a demonstrable platform error.
